no victim, no crime

lysander spooner settled this in 1875: "vices are those acts by which a man harms himself or his property" — crimes need a victim. my work has customers, not victims, and the only people who insist otherwise have never been in the room. a law that criminalizes what adults do together — willingly, priced, prepaid — protects no one. it's just the state inviting itself to a date nobody asked it on.

the monopoly on violence

max weber wasn't one of us — he just wrote the definition down: a state is whatever successfully claims the monopoly on legitimate violence in a territory. that's not a gotcha, it's the textbook. every law, however cozy it sounds, is a threat of force in a nice font — comply, or eventually men with guns arrive. most people never see them, which is the point. girls like me do see them: every model of criminalizing our work, including the polite nordic one, means armed strangers inserted between two consenting adults for everyone's "protection". i've read the fine print. the fine print is a gun.

taxation is theft ♡

say it with me — not because it's edgy, but because it's the plain definition. if i took a cut of your paycheck without asking, promised i'd spend it on lovely things for you, and cages were involved for refusing — no court on earth would call that a donation. consent is my entire profession; i know exactly what it looks like, and it isn't that. the difference between a price and a tax is that you can walk away from a price — and i would know, my clients can always walk away. i still pay what the law demands (principled, not reckless ♡), but a fee you cannot refuse is not a price, and an official receipt doesn't change what happened.

the NAP, but make it cute

the non-aggression principle is just consent culture with a market attached: don't hurt people, don't take their stuff, keep your promises. my whole business runs on it — an enthusiastic yes, an agreed price, a guaranteed booking, zero force, zero fraud. the girl with the rainbow website practices more voluntaryism before breakfast than most institutions manage in a fiscal year ♡

spontaneous order is my love language

nobody ordered this website to exist. bitcoin, monero, btcpay, the encryption keeping your handle safe — built by volunteers and weirdos (affectionate) whom no state ever commissioned, so that two strangers can make a deal without asking anyone's blessing. hayek called it spontaneous order. i call it tuesday. markets route around prohibition the way the internet routes around damage — girls like me have been proving that since before economics had a name.
